Also, inspired by @novelmemphis asking shoppers to post their wish lists, I've made some wish lists & added them to my linktree. Not necessarily for people to use but it just....Feels official & nice to have? I can't explain it. Must be my continuing imposter syndrome. 4/5

Now that we've gotten that out the way, BOOK CLUB!!

This week, I'm struggling with one of the books I got on NetGalley. The voice is weird because it feels like it should be 1st person narration but it's 3rd. The author also keeps throwing names at me & I suck at names 4/

I'm about 12% into that book. Not sure if I'm gonna continue. No progress on any other book either.

I've also spent the week digging through my bookmarks on here to save book recs. I'm nearly done but it's taken 4 downloads threads, 4 screenshots and a new spreadsheet 6/

So I'm kinda behind on everything. I also can't get a handle on any of the books I'm reading so I'm 5-10% into 5-ish books right now. Hopefully, I can break ahead and actually finish one this weekend.

*Louisiana Longshot: 5% in, I don't think I like the Protagonist. There's some "Not like other girls" -ism that I'm not liking but my FOMO wants me to keep going

*Dial P For Poison: 6% in, no problems thus far but brains is now mush 4/

I'm gonna try to move forward with some of these books, either by giving up on them or actually finishing them. I'll try to get offline & maybe even *gasps* go outside & read. What will we think of next?
