WednesdayBookClub: Spring Hath Sprung and I Am Melting

Hello, all and welcome to another WednesdayBookClub. I hope you all had a good week! Spring is officially here in my city. I smell the telltale scent of mulch and honeysuckle and I'm already refusing to enter my car without the windows being rolled down first. Which means my war against the sun has restarted. It knows what it did....

WednesdayBookClub: Indie Bookstore Day 2025! 4/23/25

Hello, all and welcome back to WednesdayBookClub! A few announcements before we get started today.

First off, this Saturday, April 26 is Indie Bookseller Day here in the states. If you can, I highly encourage you to support your local indie bookstore or even adopt one if you don't have one local to you. Buy a gift card, buy some books, yell about them on your social media to hype them up. However you can help, please do it.

WednesdayBookClub: Slow Progress

Hello, all and welcome to book club! Happy to report that I'm mostly out of my funk and work seems to be evening out.

I even made plans to have lunch with friends and will be touching grass shortly after sharing this on BlueSky. But enough about that. How about we talk books?

WednesdayBookClub: Progress?

Hello all and welcome to this week's WednesdayBookClub, everyone! We're officially in the middle of my busy part of the year. We have testing at work for the rest of the month and after that, I'm golden! I did get the next episode of my podcast done so that's dope.

But enough about me, book club time!

WednesdayBookClub: The Pollening 04/02/25

Hello and welcome to book club, everyone! GJ here, warning all of you that Spring is officially here in the US and my entire city is covered in pollen. I'm not exaggerating when I say that last week, my concrete front porch was green. When it rained Saturday, I saw a trail of neon yellow washing away. Load up on honey, tea and tissues and remember that your K95masks can also be used for this.

The Pollening is here and it takes no prisoners, friends.
